My journey to Data
Having worked in direct contact with customers for several years, I was able to hear their voice and truly understand their needs. I realized that to have a bigger impact, I needed to work directly with data.
Trying to provide effective feedback to improve the customer experience, I discovered how data can be used to answer questions, tell a story, and drive positive change. I became fascinated with data analytics, which is what led me to develop my technical skills and begin applying them.
For me, data is what allows us to truly understand, recognize patterns, and ultimately improve. It is this passion that drives my work and my projects.
